Transfer Instructions for Pearlescent Aluminum Business Cards

One sided business cards

1. Place your transfer face-up on the heat press.

2. Place card facedown on the transfer and tape to hold it in place.

3. Using Firm pressure, press at 385 degrees F, for 20 to 25 seconds.

4. Allow 1/8” for bleeds

5. After pressing carefully remove heat tape

Two sided business cards

1. Create grey outline template

2.  Trim transfer to grey outline. 

3. Fold along line so images are on the inside of the fold. 

4. Place blank card along inside folded edge. 

5. Tape paper down to platen to keep closed and in place. 

6. Using Firm pressure, press at 370 degrees F, for 35 to 40 seconds.

7. After pressing carefully remove heat tape
