Chapter11 does not mean Kodak is going out of business. Chapter11 will allow Kodak to continue normal business operations. Kodak is an ongoing vendor partner of Southpoint Point Photo lmaging Supplies Inc. Despite the commentary in the press, Kodak will continue to provide an uninterrupted flow of products and services. Kodak provides valuable products and services to Southpoint and will standby all their commitment to our customers and Southpoint regarding warranties, services agreements, and supply of products. Kodak Products can be ordered per usual course of business and there are no changes to product availability.
